Requirements for using Deliverect

What requirements do you need to fulfill in order to use Deliverect? A distinction is made between Gastronovi Office requirements and external requirements.

Prerequisites in Gastronovi

External requirements

  • a paid account with Deliverect: Prices

To be able to use Deliverect in conjunction with Gastronovi Office, you need to make some settings and preparations in the back office of Gastronovi in addition to the setup in the front end of Deliverect.

Set up Deliverect queue

With this function, Gastronovi Office can read out the order number of an order via Deliverect and set it as the queue number for the corresponding process in the front office.

Recipes & menus

Release menus

Specify which food and drink menus you would like to approve for collection and/or delivery.

You can also specify which cards should be explicitly transferred to Deliverect. The setting is made via the Deliverect integration in the back office. If you do not specify any cards, all cards that are approved for collection and delivery are transferred.

Remember that only one entire card can be released at a time. If necessary, create an extra menu for collection and/or delivery, which you then release.

Recipe images

Setup in the frontend - Deliverect

These steps are set by default as part of the Deliverect onboarding process.

Log in to the frontend

You can access the Deliverect frontend on an external Deliverect page. You must log in there with your access data to gain access to your Deliverect account.

Create & manage account

In the Account section, you can create new accounts or edit existing ones. Before you can successfully use the Deliverect integration in Gastronovi, you must have created at least one account.

Create & manage location

In the Location section, you can create a new location or adapt an existing location. Each account has at least one location, which is then linked to your Gastronovi account.

Register location

If you have created an account and set up a corresponding location, you can now link it to your Gastronovi account by registering the location. (The link runs via the company ID of your gn account, which we send to Deliverect as part of the onboarding process)

How can I view my location ID?

What happens to newly created items?

Newly created items from the gn Office are only available in Deliverect after they have been added to the menu and manually synchronized.

Are additives maintained in Gastronovi Office transferred to the recipes?

Yes, the additives are transferred to deliverect and displayed, provided they have been properly maintained.

Can items be created directly in Deliverect?

Yes, this is generally possible. However, we strongly advise against this. New articles must always be created in gn Office and then synchronized.
