How do I create a new customer card in the cash register?
You can create a new card for your guest directly in the front office. You then decide whether you want to top it up with credit and personalize it if necessary.
How do I add credit to a card?
When you create a new card, you can add credit directly. Cards that have already been created can of course be topped up with new credit at any time.
If you want to discount a card, e.g. the guest receives a €100 card at a price of €90, you can apply a fixed discount of €10 to the card when paying. For a better overview, create a separate discount account for this discount.

You can assign a card to a customer in order to build up a customer history and also benefit from linked settings, such as stored discounts in your customer groups. This can also be done retrospectively at any time.

If you have created a customer card including a customer with an e-mail address, you can also send it by e-mail. This means that the customer has the QR code for the card directly. In the email, the customer has the option of storing the customer card digitally in the wallet.

If a guest no longer wishes to use their card and there is still a remaining balance, the card can be discharged. The negative amount is booked in the cash register and you can pay out the remaining balance to the customer.

You can check the current balance of a customer card at any time at the checkout.
How do I create a PIN for a card and why?
You can add a PIN to a card. The customer card can then be used as a means of payment for an online pre-order.
How can I print out the customer card PIN again?
If you want to print out the PIN again, you can do this via the invoice printer.
How do I use a customer card as a means of payment?
A classic customer card is usually used as a means of payment. By selecting the customer card payment method, the invoice amount is offset against the credit on the card.
How do I cancel a customer card payment?
If a payment has been made with a customer card, the amount on the card will be deducted directly. However, if this payment is incorrect, you must save and correct the sale.
